It’s Quiet… Too Quiet.

… A fact for which, of course, I’ve no one but myself to blame.

I really appreciate the patience while I’ve been on this, another lengthening hiatus. It’s sometimes quite hard to get back into the habit of being productive. But eventually, I’m going to get back in the saddle, deliver the rest of the Panzer Zwei footage (script already in progress), and then do Saga. It’s a little shameful that I’ve lapsed so much on such a serious homage project.

Gah. If there’s one thing worse than beating yourself up, it’s beating yourself up publicly and making people listen to it… so let’s put an end to that (for now).

P.S. A million points to whoever can guess the title reference!

  Facebook said you got to play TMNT: Turtles in Time in class. Old version or remake? One would kick substantially more ass than the other!

Surprise attack coming from above!

That game might be one of my all time favourites, so I’m glad I’m not the only one that was way into it. A million points is a lot, thank you.

Also, it was the original turtles in time, luckily for us. That class (and your blog actually) are doing a very good job at teaching me some proper game history… I had no consoles in my house in my childhood but a barely working 2600 from some garage sale and an N64. So, missed out on quite a bit in the middle there. :S so I appreciate the history lessons.

  Ahh, you poor console-deprived fellow. But it sounds like you’re getting schooled right, as the prof obviously knows what s/he’s doing by bringing in that game. The times are finally changing. If I had gotten credit for playing games and knowing game history at Fanshawe, wow, I would have been an honor student. lol
