I’m trying to get into a translation course. Just one. And I’ve already spent 4 hours or so on the whole ordeal. Guess it’s a good thing there are 15 days left till the start of classes.

I could swear that by letting you take the qualifying test, they just want to make more work for themselves by having to insert you manually into your classes, year after year.

My advice to you: play really, really dumb, take the first year course in the language you want to pursue, and save yourself the hassle.

I wonder if my university would want me to say ‘University Purples’–that’s their overly-official colour.
